Hello. I own a Daxara Camping Trailer fitted with an ABS had Top. The top has become slightly degraded as kept outside, UK rays etc.
Could anyone please advise me what sort of paint I would need to use to make it look better ?

what about plasticote spray on? and then get a decent cover for it when its parked up

Hi, Its really difficult to achieve a decent finish with any aerosol on a large area!
Try a local small bodyshop who may spray it for you with a 2 pack paint which is far more resistant to the elements.
If you could remove it yourself and rub it down first this would make it easier for them to handle and shouldn't be too expensive.
I would personally go for a satin or matt finish rather than full gloss.

You need a primer for plastic to stop cracking, which is readily available.
If you go the aerosol route it is sold in high street car parts emporium!

I would not even consider a DIY aerosol spray job, primer or no primer, as helandchas mentions, two pack paint as used in spray shops is the way to go, in fact depending on the ABS type, PowderCoat may even be an option which would be better still.
