Just fitted this to our new van taken from our old one everything labelled and put back exactly the same when you switch on the power key you just hear a little click and nothing happens any help guys

With rollers Off tyres. Go inside caravan with a test meter and check volts on control box input connections. Should be jover 11volts to operate at all. If voltage OK operate remote noting voltage if it drops below 11volts you either have a bad connection, battery needs charging or a new battery
