Hi all bought a second hand 424 coleman just before all the covid hit but its never seemed to work correctly since we got it, we get yellow flame when up high on a single burner and the pump appears to remain pressurised even when the fuel cap is removed. Any assistance will be appreciated.
Mine failed after about 2 years of use, and had to get a replacement. The pin at the end disintegrated.
The replacement appeared to have lasted longer than the original.
I bought 2 and carried one as a spare in case I needed it. I sold the spare charger along with my stove in 2020 when I changed unit from a tent to a PVC.

Sorry about the delay in replying I've checked the plunger and check valve they appear OK, it just doesn't seem fuel up fully to hold pressure well, I've checked out quite a few you tube videos and think I need to check for air leaks and check/clean the fuel pick up pipe.
