I have gas version...weber q1200. great piece of kit. However mine has little tables that fold out. Looks like the one I posted does not for some reason!

There is a huge choice - depends on what you want to cook with it.

If its just grilling/frying - how about a George Foreman grill and griddle https://www.tkqlhce.com/click-1428744-10294381?url=http://www.argos.co.uk/product/7173545

If you are wanting to cook a variety of dishes what about an old fashioned electric pan https://www.amazon.co.uk/Quest-Multifunctional-Electric-Cooker-40/dp/B00GTRQHQ4?tag=ukcampsite00

Weber Q1000, either gas (uses small cannisters for portability or can be converted to a larger bottle of patio gas) or the electric version (currently on offer at Amazon at around £250). Superb piece of kit, not too huge to transport and definitely an improvement on the Cadac in terms of cleaning (just fire it up for 15 mins and brush iff the plates. A degrease from time to time when moving sites.

Check out some Weber videos on YouTube. We always heat for up to 15 minutes on high then brush off the grill plates (Weber wire brush), turn down the heat and always cook with the lid down. It cooks brilliantly well. You can get numerous accessories if you want to make it more versatile.

(We've had a couple of Cadacs over the years but wouldn't go back to one after the Weber.

If it’s electric you are after then why not go for a double camping induction hob ? We have one and it’s brilliant.
This is ours.. No affiliations to link BTW

Many7 sites are switching to metered pitches so an electric BBQ etc, may not be such a good idea. Besides none of them give that BBQ taste.
