Hi Manty.
Starlink is doing really well, almost 6000 satellites up there now, in my job I deliver to a number of homes out in the sticks, and a few have the Starlink system, of course it is still expensive although you can get the kit for £250 but the subscription is out of this world at £75 per month, I would imagine the subscription will come down in time, as the constellation & subscribers increase, currently Starlink has going on for 3 million subscribers, which for a world wide network is quite a small number, also Starlink is only half way to the first level of 12000 satellites, and from that they plan to build out to 42000 satellites, so still early days to be fair, even though Starlink first started 5 years ago.

My brother just moved to the sticks (in Wales) and works from home. I recommended Starlink to him and it works brilliantly for him. The neighbours on his old caravan site all started buying them as well.
£75 a month for a static deal is a bit pricey but certainly in the Uk, the change to a household that are used to being abandoned by BT and left with a pathetic and virtually unusable internet speed it's worth it in my view. A proper household internet service in a city has jumped substantially over the past few years so it's not as bad as it originally looked when they initially marketed it.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
