I’ve been cleaning the windows with diluted fairy liquid in warm water with kitchen roll. We have whippets who like to be nosy and that’s the problem…lots of nose prints on the bottom half of windows 🙄
I’d love to just spray and wipe. Any recommendations for products that won’t harm the plastics windows please?
TIA
TCx

If the windows are plastic I would not use paper kitchen roll which could cause scratching. Just a microfibre or similar soft cloth and a bucket of water to which a drop or two of Fairy Liquid has been added to lower the surface tension.
This is what I have used for years with great success inside and out. Always use a microfiber cloth.

I was removing scratches. Cleaning is easy but removing scratches needs lots of elbow grease. Vuplex is very good at both jobs. I've got a older caravan and obviously over years the windows have got small scratches on. My brother in law bought a brand new Bailey last year and he was getting faint scratches on the windows. The dealer recommended vuplex. He tried it on mine and it worked on my vans 20 year old windows but it did take lots of rubbing.
Did you read the information in the link I posted?

Never tried it on headlights it's a good thought though. I will try it in the week. I think modern headlights are polycarbonate but should be OK I hope
I use VuPlex on my caravan windows inside and out. It keeps them cleaner for longer. Wash off any dust and grit first with plenty of water. Great on the inside of the car windows too as it stops a lot of misted windows in winter.

Yes I did read the original post but knowing pooches rubbing against caravan windows there paws are used as well. What I'm saying is that apart from nose smudges that do come off easily with Vuplex so do faint scratches but it takes abit more work. Still good stuff and very kind the caravan windows.
Auto glym fast glass, suitable for glass, acrylic, plastic etc, I've used it ever since I've had the caravan, always used it with a clean microfiber cloth
Thanks for the replies everyone, and sorry for the radio silence, I went off and got married 😂 x
