Perhaps not encouraging, but on a google search I found more 'working' links to DIY 3D printed stands than I did commercially available ones! A few links exist for functional stands (different to your photo and NOT Campingaz), but inevitably they were dead ends and defunct or listed as 'out of stock'.
Seems likely they are not in great demand!
Personally, being a competent DIY type, I'd make my own if I had a real need - Plywood base plate with 3 snug fitting wooden cartridge locating blocks to keep central.
I stopped using that type of cartridge a long, long time ago, didn't like the instability of the disproportionate overall stove plus pot height versus base size (hence your need for the base no doubt!). I suspect a lot of campers have moved over to the 'suitcase' type stoves, which I find inherently more user friendly.
I have been using Camping Gaz CV470 cylinders for several years both for hiking stoves and gas lights. I have bought this gas in both England and France, until now I have not been aware of a base for it.
The Campingaz logo is missing, since Campingaz was bought by Colemam they have dropped the international from their name, CAMPINGAZ should be written in capitals and underlined. I would suggest that the base shown in the photo was not made by CAMPINGAZ and was 3D printed. Find a friendly 3D printer!
Here are some more images of my ' Camping Gaz International CV470 gas canister base for those who may think that this is not a genuine article.
Perhaps some of yiou were not born when I started using my Belvedere gas lantern in 1990 which was purchased from Penrose Camping and Leisure in Truro who ceased trading several years ago now.
The base came supplied in the box with the lantern and has been in use almost every year since purchase. I have recently managed to aquire another one these brilliant lanterns. I don't like the three legged folding canister stands that are now on offer.
The Campingaz International logo is obsolete, they now use a different one.
If this was made by Campingaz it was before Coleman bought Campingaz.
Alternatively it was not made by Campingaz but misuses their old logo.
Scarcity should add value!
A plastic folding tripod will fit the CV 470 cartridge. They cost pennies from any online store and are more stable than that one.
As an aside I can remember the older blue four leg folding tripod for bluets but I have never seen a stand like that for the cv470 and why is it black and not blue?
