Techgcse : you give the option of a Motorhome, so I ticked it. You need to know a MH has a cooker: 1 electric hob & 3 gas hobs plus a gas cooker, so all the rest of your questions about weight etc do not apply.

The cooking choices when camping are lightweight, heavy weight or built in.
Lightweight options are for hikers, cyclists and weekend campers using small gas stoves and disposable gas cans.
Heavy weight is for campers going on longer camps by motor vehicle using bigger stoves and refillable gas cylinders.
Built in appliances are found in caravans and camper vans and include gas and electric appliances similar but smaller than those found in houses but running on large refillable gas cylinders or electricity from plug in sources or generators.
As a tent camper choose your mode of transport, choose your tent then choose your stove.
As a caravan or camper van camper, the kitchen is part of the build.
As others have said, you give options for camping in Caravan/Camper/MH, but don't really follow that through with the other questions, as specialist/dedicated cooking appliances are installed at manufacture in those, and rarely changed by owners as not really an easy option, and weight/space/cost etc. are then largely irrelevant questions!
Not sure with the structure of the survey just how much use it will prove to be to you. Without your own knowledge of common camping methods, the results could be very distorted and misleading! Critique rather than criticism in a view to assisting you.
