Hi all, my fridge was working perfect last week , this week its not getting cold the green light for the 240 v is showing green saying its ok , so we turned that off and put it on gas it was all working the gas was on but still not getting cold can anyone help.
I don't know the modle number but it is a full size fridge and starting from the left side it has a 12v switch then the 240v switch then the thermostate knob 1/7 then on the right hand side it has the gas knob to turn to the pic of a flame the thermostate knob 1/5 the the gas switch.
you could have put a we hole init when u last cleaned it out using that knife to chip at the ice.
actually it may have a break in the coolent pipework and its all gone.
We've got the same fridge. It's got to be totally level and has got to have good air circulation around it, ie; not pushed up against a wall. If it still doesn't work, try what foregolfblue suggests, turning it upside down for 2-3 minutes. If all these fail, then your cooling unit is knackered and costs £100+ to repair.
