Third time I've cooked succesfully on the Cobb - over 3 days. Novelty not worn off yet.

Today, I roasted a chicken and I don't think I will ever roast a chicken in any other way again. Water in the moat, chicken roasting away and sending lovely smells across the garden. And delish end result.

Heaven!

Will try cakes tomorrow I think!
