hi all can anyone help me please been tryin to get my hot water to work now for ages without success can anyone tell me of any other ways to heat my hot water for the shower its only an old van but i love it dearly any help and i would be most greatful

If no water is flowing through your heater then a major air block could be the cause. I had a Carver Heater and no water would flow through it. I change the return valve, no change, so I decided that if the carver heater needs replacing then a kill or cure solution was required.
I attached a hose to the outlet and sent the hose outside. I next got another hose and attached this to the inlet and the other to my house water tap. Next I got my nervous wife to turn the water on slowly ready to switch it off if I yelled!!. Bubbling, clanging and banging was heard until finally water escaped out the outlet pipe, I got my wife to turn the water flow down until all the air was expelled and water was seen at the outlet pipe even with a low flow of water from the water pipe. My heater was then reconnected and has worked well ever since. Been a year so far. Hope this help, and it saved me a few bob too. If this method does not work then a new heater will be required.
