Trumavent    in Hymer 1990year this motor home is new to us and are off on holiday in 2 weeks got everything else working barr the hot water boiler is any one help us gone thought whole thing but still no joy plus we do not have full instructions

Have you found the switch?

When operated (switched on) which if any lights come on?

no light comes on we do beleive the green one should come on but it does not

the fire part does work with the full hot air unit but no hot water

Not sure what unit you got but if its the Zig type try putting the switch down to AUX to see if it works, worth a try.

thanks but dont think its zig type..............

what we have got is above the boiler is 2 swiches ...1 for hot air

with thermos  the other one has 1 red light 1 grean and on off plus dial for

we think is a thermos

plus one the very front next to the sink cooker unit 1 dial with cold hot

which if we are right should give us hot cold water

Get in touch with the dealer/vendor.

Seek advice from people that should know exactley what has gone wrong or better still what you might be doing wrong (better cos that last option is a damn sight cheaper than the first)

Go now because if you do need parts sods law dictates that it will be a 2 week turn around for them to arrive
