Hi,

I know the tents aren't fabulous, but Halfords have a half price sale on their camping gear, I got a new Stove today for £9.99 (one of those inside a suitcase type thing) And it comes complete with a canister of fuel.

They also had smallish rucksacks, roll mats, sleeping bags etc all half price

Where else can you get a 2 man tent for £12.49?

Got all excited for a mo there just seeing that word 'SALE'! Then realized that:

1) Don't actually have a tent, (only a tin one-lol)

2) Don't need a tent

3) Don't actually need anymore gear either because.....

3) Still have enough 'camping gear' to open me own shop-lol!!! Which we're not parting with as son and girlfriend still use it.

Quite like Halfords though!

I would go and ask about the stoves. I bought one from our local Halfords this evening. There were quite a few left. Maybe your store forgot to mark them up.

They also have some of the cheap roofboxes in. They are also doing 2 Thule cycle roof carriers for £50.

Thanks for the tip - we just got the roofbox yesterday - bargain!
