campingaz lagon double burner can i use a calor gas bottle....... argos suggests using cylinders but peeps on here say they use calor......... confused as what to get for the best.

hi debs we've got the same cooker and we use a calor gas bottle, with no problems, btw its a good cooker
we are thinking of getting a campingaz camping chef cooker. Can u use a 4.5kg calor gas bottle with this and if so does anyone know how long it would last if you was cooking with twice a day???
doing all the cooking for 2 weeks i nearly get through a 907 bottle and i think theres about twice as much in a calor bottle but dont you need a different regulator for calor ?
4.5kg Color bottle has a screw on regulator rather than the push on. Calor 7kg and 15kg both have the same push on regulator. The larger the bottle the cheaper the gas works out.
