have decided to try a camp bed to help ease my very stiff back. Has anyone tried the cheap bed in Argos? Any info please? At £7.00 thought it might be worth a try.

One thing I noticed (as I told my sister to get some for her boys) is that they have become alot narrower than they used to be ( the ones we bought from there were outbound make) - Im not sure who make these ones but they also are a whatsit to get the legs into - you will need some muscle - it might be worth spending a few pound more on a different one

once up i think they were quite comfy - but you have to be slim!

I have them for the kids. They are happy on them and I tried them a couple of times but they don't feel too sturdy with my bulk on them! Comfy as long as you have some thick padding underneath tho.

Try the Tesco unfolding camping beds (reduced from £20 to £9.97), very sturdy and have the extra width.

Or you can try Halfords that have the HiGear aluminium camp bed reduced to £14.99. These are the height of a normal bed and are comfy! ------------- BECCA.SAMMY

Hi
We bought Army Style Camp Beds (the ones with 4 legs), to use in our smaller tent, but I found them really uncomfortable to be honest. I definately prefer my air bed. Would probably use them for the odd night, but wouldn't like to use them for anymore than 2 nights.
