Hi. I bought a mummy sleeping bag and used it for the first time this Bank Holiday weekend.

As a personal preference, I didn't like it. I felt too constrained within it and it seemed to 'twist' too much. I will be returning to the standard style bag.

However, if you like the style then it will be ok for the autumn/spring seasons when the weather is less than reliable.

I got one 2 years ago. very warm for summer, and a bit slippery on a sleeping mat.
I use a silk liner and open the zip up and its OK.
I would rat it as a 2/3 season bag; ie best for Spring or Autumn.
