You might get lucky at your local tip if you ask the people there nicely - although there seem to be more calor than gaz bottles so I use calor now. Which is also cheaper.

I got mine off ebay for £6 and it was local to me, had to wait awhile till one come up but wasn't in a great rush.  Just need to exchange it now for a full one

very true, my next item I need is a combicool, but thats for next summer now, but will keep looking out for a bargain

you might even drop on lucky finding one from someone who tried camping this year but didn't like it, in time for next year
