I very rarely buy a bottle smaller than 13kg and it is solely for the Nevada these days. Lasts quite a long time; 7-10 days depending on the outside temperature. I generally go away with a 15kg Calor so that we have a Calor bottle to swap, but also carry both common sizes of butane clip on regs. and a Camping Gaz reg. so were rarely stuck with the 'wrong' bottle. Calor or non-Calor predominance varies in different parts of the country.

For 10 amps you can use up to 2300w total before tripping it out so make sure your heating is within range...For 16amp sites you can pretty much use any electric heater

I use one from Argos I bought for £8-95 it is 2000w and has never tripped out a 10amp or 16amp EHU.
