hi all,
when i bought my MH the previous owner had left me a tv aerial like the one i have at home - a criss crossy thingy.
i can't see any aerial socket on the wall of the MH or a pole so how do i get a picture. will i have to leave a window open and stand outside holding it? oh hang on, i won't be able to see the telly then will i?Post last edited on 02/10/2005 23:35:34------------- Divorced woman, self employed. You can buy poles that fix onto your MH using the awning rail and a self adhesive pad. You can either take the cable in a window or fit an inlet socket......do you have a battery box behind a door combined with the EHU inlet? We have ours there. Or you could maybe fit it under the floor.

Used to cable tie the mast to the van rear door hinges (ladder or anywhere suitable) using cable ties and rubber strips to prevent chafing (to the paint).
Practise at home putting it up so you know where you are putting it before trying onsite (spent a few pleasant moments at weekend watching a caravan with a new tv and aerial who hadn't practised) and look where the aerials on houses nearby are pointing.

Hi,
I rarely watch television so it's not a problem. I take a radio to listen to incase there is some impending disaster heading my way.
Television is the devil's goldfish bowl!
