They do not list the RM120 but this may help
I would think that its a piezo igniter rather than a flint

We have one of these fridges and it's a flint not a piezo. Ours was knackered so we drilled a hole in the side of the cupboard and we use a long (barbecue) gas lighter to ignite the fridge. It works a treat.
The flint is at the bottom back of the fridge connected to the twist knob at the front. You have to remove the whole thing to replace the flint.

That is brilliant
If only we had an RM 120 fridge I'd do that with relish (not Coleman's)

Found this linked to from a.n. other site. (thanks again Lyn). Thought it might be of use to some:-
http://www.dometic.com/templates/Product,3268,2421.aspx
Battery igniter More comfort in the gas mode. With the new battery powered igniter for all Dometic Piezo-fridges (manufactured after the 1st of January 1998) with plastic dashboard holders the procedure for starting the gas mode becomes faster and more comfortable.
Instead of pressing the ignition button several times, just press and hold the button once and wait until the gas has been ignited.
The battery which powers the igniter can easily be exchanged from the front. No expert installation is necessary. You can do it yourself and save costs.
