I've just bought a 12v cool box. I have heard mention within this forum that Argos do a transformer which will allow me to run the cool box on EHU for £20 ish ?.

However, my eyesight must be failing me because I can't find one in Argos at the moment. Perhaps I have missed it somehow? Anyway could someone kindly point me directly to the page number please ?

Or if Argos don't do it anymore, could someone include a link to somewhere else that shows me exactly what I need please.

Yeah Halfords do one for £19.99, argos do them as well, same price.

I got mine from eBay, for £10 inlcuding postage. It's a halfords one and looks brand new, saved a tenner anyway!

There were a few on the ebay from £15 -20 but they get called all manner of things and you have to watch for the amps as alot of them are only for up to 3 amps, our coolbox needs 5 amps.

Hehehe finally found it in the Argos catalogue on Page 122, I had gone through every page of the cattie twice and hadn't found it !!! I finally found it by accident when my 2 year old wanted me to "read" the book to him.
