think I saw something on another post about having to clean the jets where the gas comes out, if you do a search you might find it ------------- -x- Diane -x-

The jet is at the bottom of the stem, where the holes are to allow air in. It's a small brass nut type thing with a hole in the middle.

Could be any part of the bit between the cylinder and the burner. Check the regulator and the jet mentioned above. ------------- sacman

...thanks, no regulator as it screws into 907....think it might be jets around the plate that you light it as it will light but not stay lite...

Know its rather stating the obvious but you are sure the cyl has gas in it and not been given an empty by mistake

No Regulator !!! are you sure? Mine is connected to 907 bottle and has one, it screws onto the top. Without it the pressure would be too high and would blow itself out.------------- sacman

we have the one that attaches directly to the 907 via a straight screw in pole, ie unscrew handle from 907 and screw in attachment, the cadac plate then sits on that - has no "legs", the tube is a special pressure adapter...worked great for last 2 years/summers....fairdo's you don't see many about....

...on the outdoormegastore there is a campingaz party grill max thingy which they say is similar to the older high pressure cadac skottle bbq - thats what we have I've decided - also comp to win one on here I think...
looks like this sort of thing ebay no.8803823337 but is cadac not cgaz..
