Yes you can fit supressors to most things

Try some clip on ferrites on the power lead of your TV. look here That's probably easiest to fit.

Other commercial supressors are available which will involve cutting into an electrical line to fit. Can you describe the interference? is it kind of spots on the screen when you use the pump? If it is it is from the pump motor and you can fit one or 2 of the ferrites to the power lead for that. The flouresent lights should not really intefere with your TV.

Hope that helps

I do get a small interferance with my 12V flourecents on the radio, a high pitched whine, dont know about tv, i dont have one in the van.

if its a buzz, it could be the charging system in the van, ie the transformer

the best way to supress something like a 12 Volt Motor is to fit a Capacitor (preferably an Electrolytic type) across the motor itself or the feed wires + to + feed and - to - feed as they are Polarity concious and can explode if connected the wrong way round, just make sure the capacitor is the same voltage as the load, this works by smoothing out the peaks in the supply, I would try something like a 1 Mfd Capacitor
