Alright, so it's not necessarily a query *only* relating to camping equipment... but:
Does anyone know where I can get some string bags with a drawstring on one end, not too big, probably about the size of A5 paper?
It's a laundry thing you see...
OK I'll come to the point... I want to wash a pair of pants and a pair of socks together so that they stay together all the way through the washing cycle, even if they get tumble dried. I can never find a full set in the mornings (right now I have one grey sock and one black one) and I think this is the ideal solution.
I also think it will be handy when camping as I often find stray socks in with the camping gear/in the car/on the drive at home.

We have some small zip up mesh laundry bags. We use them for our 6 month old babies socks. I think they came from Mothercare or Babies r Us.

I'm sure i've seen them in poundland.
But I got one when I bought a big velour beach towel with a noughts & crosses design on it, the mesh bag came with it to hold the plastic 0's & Xs. It was from hypervalue and only cost £2.50, but they had them in tescos last year too.

ASDA often have them in the homewares aisle, also Wilkinson are pretty good for things like that :-)------------- There are no strangers in camping, just friends you haven't met yet!

If it's just the socks Lakeland do sock holders that keep the pair together. See here my wife swears by them (usually when i forget to use them )

Sure we got ours from Morrisons, great for the kiddies socks, which i'm sure stop our washing machine from getting hungry. God knows where else the missing socks get to.
Happy shopping
