We have just bought a nice new big tent and our looking for a fairly big Air bed like a king or superking size.  Can anyone recommend where to get one from at a resonable price?

hiya Gloversgirl

got one on ebay for £45 including rechargable pump &postabe which was a lot cheaper than argos, its really comfy and think its got 3 layers to it. so its quite high off the ground.    My OH is 6ft 4 so we think its great, not actually used it in the tent yet, but know it fits in our Monty 6 bedroom as we had a trial run with the tent last week.   Going our first trip this weekend, will let you know how we get on ,  my spare room is piled high with stuff,   Its given me another reason to shop.  Ha ha ha

We had one of those high level airbeds but OH wasn't comfortable on it and also,  I couldn't get off it when OH was on it!!! LOL

It got a tear in it when I was dragging it inside our tent last year on a tent peg that wasn't fully buried in the ground so haven't got it anymore.  We found we had to keep on re-inflating it as it does lose a lot of air.  It's not a king size as you would normally expect, just that it's very high up.  We've now got the Colemans dual chamber beds which are very comfortable and don't leak any air at all.  Just wish they did king or super size in it!!

We have just replaced our king sized air bed which got a slow puncture last weekend.  Its the same as the one in Argos but half the price at Costco (£26).  I am sure Costco is a national company so there may be one near you.  Its the comfyest bed I have slept on for ages including the one at home and unless we are pitched on a slope the OH doesnt squash me rolling over in the night!!!
