We have a kingsize queen double height airbed thingy with inbuilt blower-upper (technically speaking) that I'm sure doesn't have a leak, but does seem to be a little flatter in the morning than it was the night before. I assumed that it was due to the change in air temperature?? Should I check it for leaks or is this pretty normal??
Yes, it`s to do with the air temperature inside the airbed. Cold air contracts, warm air expands. An airbed on the cold ground will always feel less firm in the morning due to the air inside the airbed cooling.
Incidentally, on a very hot day it`s not unknown for airbeds to expand so much they burst. So if you`re camping in a heatwave it`s wise to let a little air out of the airbed in the mporning and top it up again at bedtime.
Sorry to be boring compared to the last lot! But what make is the "kingsize queen double height airbed thingy with inbuilt blower-upper" and whare did you get it from? It sounds just like what I'm looking for despite the floppiness in the morning

I'm not a complete idiot...some bits are missing.
I do find floppiness in the morning a problem as well. Also sometimes i find it like that when i get into bed at night! i often ask DH to blow it up when he climbs in half sloshed fumbling around in the dark!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SHIRLZ do u have a costco in your neck of the woods they are 24+ vat in there i got 4 of them and i get a better nights kip on one of them than i do in my own bed
------------- why is it that peeps into caravan and camping have no problems with the peeps next door never a problem we pull onto our pitch to be offered tea or help ercting the awning /tent maybe if the country lived in caravans and tents there would be no problems in life ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I bought it from Outdoor World in Bootle, think it might be the Intex one costing £60. Although if you do have a Costco nearby I have also seen them there for ~£25 so worth checking out.
