Hi
Someone at work is selling a Cadac Global Calor for £25
Is this a good buy ?
I've seen lots of references to them on here.
At the moment we take portable gas rings and use disposable BBQs.
How big are they when they're packed up as space in the car is always an issue ?
Any advice greatfully received !!!
Thanks
Jen

We bought a cadac last summer, took it to France and used it every day for 2 weeks. We've taken it on every weekend away and the best thing is, hubby does all the cooking on it. Imo cadacs are fab, the one we've got has the bbq grill, a wok type of pan, a roasting flat base with a lid (which we've cooked a chicken on and done a pizza) and the other side is a corrugated edge for char-grilled effect. they pack away into bags - quite small and are totally portable. Can you tell I luv my cadac?! My advice is buy buy buy!!------------- We're all different!

Hi Jen
Our cadac is the eazi chef - we got it from towsure after searching prices everywhere. We bought it online as it was a bit cheaper that way.
Hope you get sorted.

Jen,
Don't forget you can get all kinds of different bits for your cadac. Have a look on the towsure website, find your cadac and see what extras you can buy for it.
Happy cadac-ing!!

Hi Jen, just been to Norfolk for a holiday and bought the Cadac Safari Chef and can honestly say we are delighted with it. Did a stir fry for 4 in no time. OH does bacon and eggs for breakfast, Lid acts as a wok so very versitile piece of equipment.
