I think Riversway sell it but have you considered the new Cadac paella dish. More versatile I think than the skottle. Another idea is a plain ordinary paella dish. About 42cms fits the Cadac I think. We saw some seconds in a shop here on the wirral called Kitch n Sync and they were only a tenner. I am tempted to take my new Cadac one back and buy one.

We got the skottle with the cadac we bought but you can buy the paella dish at towsure. not sure if you can buy the skottle separately but there is a cadac website, sure you'll find out there.

Its £60 if you buy a Cadac with the skottel plate only. If you buy the skottel as an accessory you should find it for around £22-24.
