At the risk of upsetting those on this site who find Gazebo's disturbing, i did buy one at the weekend !
At the moment it's just for the garden but we will take it with us to France with the tent and maybe use it. If we do, what's the best way to hang gas lamps inside the thing as I see many people do ?
Tnx
Dave

Everyone is entitled to my opinion.

Hangin a gas lamp in a gazebo? On a very long piece of string I would think...long enough to reach the ground, or a table. Do you know how much heat a gas lamp kicks out?

Well, people hang gas lamps in tents, so I guess you would use the same method as that. Just dangle it it a length of cord or chain.
Also worth buying a length of rope suitable for making guylines, and getting some pegs to hold it down proper like.

Personally I wouldnt hang a gas lamp outside, If the wind blows then the lamp sways and the result could be a burning gazebo but that is just my opinion.
We use a Coleman duel fuel lamp and have a neat little table for it to sit on :)

Im with Angie on this one. Probably safer sitting on a table. Or use a battery/rechargeable lantern
