Hi, if it's a drain plug, don't you mean the Carver Cascade? the water heater? regardless, it sounds like a question for Gary from Arc, I'm sure he'll be along to answer shortly, otherwise you might consider cross-posting in the caravan section, he does seem to answer many question like this over there. Plus, your blue face has gone now.
