We ordered from Towsure a few weeks ago. It was our first time and we were a little worried because of poor feedback.

But we give it a go and ordered storm straps, then found a nice trolley for the water carriers, then stackers for the caravan. 

The price was really good.  We settled for standard delivery, and we were given a tracking number so that we knew what day it was going to arrive.  The items arrived after only a few days, actually on the day we were going away for the weekend.

So really pleased.  I think it could be the case of not enough people working at Towsure and thats why orders arent coming out fast enough, though our delivery was extremely fast.

I'm especially pleased with the trolley, very strong and came with a bungee.

we have used Towsure a few times and always paid the £9.95 48 hour delivery.  Always found them very helpful and delivery earlier than expected. Wouldn't trust royal mail with anything less. At least you know when its coming then.

I think they're appalling too.

I ordered a double stove with grill on the 21st July and they have just phoned me today, after I chased up the order earlier this week, to tell me it is out of stock for 2006. Not sure why it took them over a week to tell me and wonder whether they would have told me at all if I hadn't bothered them.

I had also received an e-mail telling me that my goods were waiting for dispatch. Grrr.

Really cross as we leave on friday and have no stove. Too late to shop around so will have to go with expensive local camping store.

Wouldn't use them again.
