If you have access to a Makro they usually do a Roadstar 12V combi DVD/TV for around £99 plus VAT.
We have used the Roadstar 12V combi Video/TV for several years now. We bought a special 'sling' to hang it between the headrests of the two front car seats - ideal for long journeys with four young children!
I bought a 7" LCD 12 volt colour television from Currys 2 months ago, it was on special offer at £99.
I used it at the C&CC Ravenglass site where reception is so bad that they have TV hook-up points, and I could receive 4 stations without being connected to the hook-up.
someone i know brought one from dixon's/curry's 15inch with dvd player 12/24 volt and they said most tv now days can either be 12 or 24 u just buy an adapter to do this their tv was £250.00 !!
