Bought one a couple of months ago & used it for second time this week & have found that one of the seams has come apart on top of the bed in one of the circular hollows. As the seam has come away it has left a row of pin holes in the glue joint. Had to make a temporary repair with some rubber glue to get by the week as it was going down in 2-3 hrs. Not impressed!!!!!!!
Does anyone know the contact details/website for coleman in the UK?
littleimp - i have commented on your other posting, but there is a two year warranty on these airbeds, so if it is less than 2 years old and you have proof of purchase you should be able to get a refund or replacement from the retailer. This is what we did last year with Go Outdoors when we had a leaking Coleman Comfort.
Consumer law clearly states that your contract is with the retailer. Don't let them fob you off with "it's under guarantee so contact the manufactuer". It's clearly not fit for purpose.
The only problem is we bought it from a small retailer over 300 miles away while camping cause we had a problem with an argos airbed. Why oh why don't they make double camp beds!!
This is our 4th campbed (& most expensive) since we been camping (10yrs) and it's lasted the least longest!!
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
