Our local Aldis is selling the 3 man dome tent for 14.99 - down from 24.99. Couldn't resist! Put it up yesterday - good size inside - great for garden camping. 9yr old can stand up in it and me and the 2 kids could sleep quite happily in it. The poles were bending in the wind yesterday and the fly sheet doesn't cover to the bottom but it'd be ideal for fair weather camping.
fine if for kids camping in garden, they can come inside if weather changes, may be fine, but id try it a few nights in garden or near home if you have any doubts, check it in rain etc, remember getting loan of asda tent years ago for weekend, and it rained. nuff said!!!!
It's not a bad little tent Bev. I bought one a couple of months ago just to practise putting an extra window in the front, before I took a risk doing so with our APS tent. Really should sell it as hubby won't entertain the idea of a tent he can't stand up in, but it looks great with a front window & a white blind, and I'm loathe to sell it now
I found it really quick to erect, and it seems pretty sturdy for a small tent too.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
