hi all, after 12 or more yrs away from camping me and the wife have decided to introduce the kids to tent life to do this gone is our little two man being replaced by a bloody huge by our standard royal montpellier 12 bought from some friends who used it last summer (3 times) anyone got any general hints +tips about setting it up,to carry it all i'm going to put it in a trailer (a first) which leads to my second question anyone know approx pressure for a set of 8" wheels sorry for waffling on.

I'm guessing but i would expect the Montpellier 12 to be similar to our Montpellier 9, that is, erect inner first with a sewn in groundsheet. My only advice really is the same for any sewn in groundsheet tent - try and get yourself a groundsheet/groundsheets to put under those for the tent. That way, if it's wet/muddy you pack the bottom grounsheets away separately and the one on the tent stays clean(ish).

I can't help you with the tyre pressures i'm afraid.

thanks for the advice guys,everything helps looked for ages concerning the pressures guess alot depends on the weight carried which is probably no more than 100kg, but the above link is very usefull
