I don't know but I got bitten last day of the camping trip, it felt as though something was sticking a needle in me.  All the way home it stung, no itching, when I got home my arm was starting to swell, took antihistamine, just kept on swelling, by the time I got to the doctor on Monday morning the arm was swollen from my elbow to just below my shoulder.  He gave me another antihistamine tablets and antibiotics and just said allergic reaction!  I didn't see the insect at all.  Last year I got stung by a wasp and my hand swelled, every time I get bitten they go horrid!  Didn't have anything on the last day, I've learnt my lesson!  Need to regularly top up the Avon!

I'm surprised if they've changed the ingredients if it was selling so well as an insect repellant - I would have thought they'd have made the most of that!

I only got two bites in a fortnight this year, which is very good going for me!

The only problem I found with the oil was that I went black anywhere I was wearing silver jewellery.
