I am not sure what to call these but I want one! It is a metal plate that fits over a two ring stove and turns it into a griddle. I know Woollies were doing them last year but I haven't seen any this year. Anyone any ideas?

I think my mum got hers from Kleeneze or Bettaware catalogue!! A large department store may have them!!
we also have one from wollies, its a jml griddle, we use it with our coleman cooker, they are very good, £4.99 from our local woolies, it does seem a little hit and miss if they have them in stock.
I bought the JML one from Woolies & used it on our Coleman. Unfortunately the stove was on a very slight slope & it kept sliding off. Any hints on how to keep it from doing this? I found that the flat side was great for doing a fry-up, but the ridged side was not so good for BBQ stuff as advertised (I prefer the taste of 'proper' BBQ food done over charcoal and the fat collector in the corner was too small for all the fat draining off the burgers - I had to keep baling it out). The ridged side was also a b***er to clean! Am I doing something wrong?

Not really, but i always level my cooker and combicool fridge before use that helps loads... I also have of the JML griddles from Makro but hated it as it was a pain to clean. The best one so far in many years of camping is this one..
but you will also have to empty the fat out with a spoon as with any griddle. Tip use kitchen roll soak up the fat and bin it

To stop it sliding around I use a couple of those fold-back clips (similar to bulldog clips) - one on each corner attached to the chrome grill of the stove - leave the wings up and they grip the griddle nicely!
I also employ the kitchen roll wick technique to cope with the excess fat in the drainers!!
I still cant find these griddles anywhere...I have checked woolies, the range, etc..I may have to actually look at the betterware book next time it comes through the door !

we've got both, the jml one is ok. But the Coghlan's Teflon Griddle is brilliant.!!!! Got it from high peak leisure
