does anyone know the manufacturer of these tie down straps ,theres plenty about to buy but who makes them or who is the main importer??
WARNING ,we bought one to join our ancient one to fend of some high gusts of wind at folkestone last week ,AS SOON as the new strap got wet it stripped the waterproofing away wherever it touched and we had a major leak ,you could also see where i dragged it off in a hurry

our old one was fine as it had always has been.
i think there must be a chemical that leaches out that attacks silicone once it gets wet !!!!!
i am not amused in having to re-proof the roof because of a badly made strap
