We brought a kettle and tried it along side our old one and the diffrence...........An amazing 2 mins quicker ( 1L of water in each ) this means in the average day the gas ring will be on for at least 10 mins less that has got to be a saveing with gas at the current price.

Yes we got pyramid one at similar price from local camp shop. Seems to boil quicker but we also needed bigger capacity. I only put in water I need and it keeps warm for while too. I got no problems. Personally I would have elec one due to cost of gas but dont like hot kettle laid about near elec plugs as they never seem to have long cable. Hope that makes sense.
