I find that my hands ache and sweat when I drive on long journeys so I decided to try a steering wheel cover. I bought one from Halfords and it fitted well and felt really confortable as it made the wheel fatter, but I could not use the crooklock with it. I do not want to waste the crooklock so I got my money back for the cover.
I then thought I would get driving gloves has anyone tried them if so what are they like and is there a good type to get.
I've used them in the past, the better ones are the thinner ones (kid leather) as you get more grip but retain feel. Best ones I ever used were a pair of pigskin ones my dad had from the 1970s - not sure they are ethical any more!
