It's all very well going on about the wattage at 17 volts but what about at 12 volts????
In all honesty it will probably just maintain the battery when you are not using it.

Thats exactly what it does it maintains your batt for you when your vehicle is not in use which it is excellent for. Its no good as a solar panel to replace what you use on hols you will need a much biger panel for that
