Brittany Ferries are to axe the Poole Cherbourg route in November, I've used this route many times as they allowed you to park overnight at the port, They plan to increase Portsmouth Cherbourg sailings.
They are also withdrawing the the Portsmouth Leharve route.

Sad news, I didn't really like the Barfleur much but the crossing was ideal, especially with being allowed to sleep in the lanes prior to departure and also near the cafe on arrival back from France.
Do you remember when they first allowed cars on when it was operated by Truckline ? I can't remember the name of the boat, we took our old T2 VW on it a few times in the early 90s.
Today I finally got around to catching up with emails after holidays and see that I have one referring to the cancellation of the Poole service and what actions I can take - there are two places with links on the email - neither of them work and the crossing has disappeared from my online account so I cannot make an amendment/ refund claim. Does anybody have an email address for customer services?
Thank you in advance.....

Update on refund...... Gave up with the phone and found an email address via the chat bot - eventually.... reply was automatic suggesting use the website or chat or wait for an eventual reply.
Got on to the Chat Bot again and kept asking questions until eventually (10 minutes) got an invite to talk to a person - sorted the refund in about 3 minutes! Just need to see the money in the account now - 7-10 days........
