If you're anything like us, when we pick a region of France, one of the first things we do is see if there are any 'Plus beaux villages' nearby. Now there's one for Spain as well, 'Los pueblos m�s bonitos de Espa�a', https://www.lospueblosmasbonitosdeespana.org/
The map is under the link 'Ver todos los pueblos'. Apologies if this isn't a new thing, but I haven't seen it before so maybe it'll be useful to some.
