To use the free parking in the blue bays, go to a tabac and buy a vignette du stationment for 3euros70. It's looks like a disabled parking ticket, but you avoid an instant fine of 17euros if you use it. Just like the crit air cert it doesn't cost much but it could save you some money. There should be photo to sow you. Aurevoir.
