Having just returned from 6 weeks in France, I had to renew my passport. It only had 4 months left so wasn't usable.
I did the renewal online, my wife took a photo to upload! Sent old one off recorded next day. I received the new one today. 8 days. I was kept informed by text and e mail throughout.
Thank you nice people at the passport office!
My wife is now on phone booking a cruisenfor November

Looked online and price has come down too

Meant to do it last year but my wife had a fall,and broke some bones. Now better.
She booked it and got a very good deal.
