Some of the Yelloh sites have private facilities - you can search on their website and filter with dates and 'premium' pitch which will show you the ones with private showers and toilets.
Hi,
Just google it, lots of them. We stay at Les Sablons, part of the Sunêlia chain & many of their sites have them but we’ve stayed on many French sites & they are more available on lots of small & large sites.

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
There is also a thread on here regarding private facilities, admittedly quite old but should still be useful. If you search the posts for private facilities it appears

More and more French sites seem to have private facilities these days.
If you use the search facility on here for serviced pitches, those sites may also have private facilities. You'll still have to check out the sites but it should narrow it down a bit.
Wow! Is that really a thing? Is it just France? I never knew that any sites anywhere had private facilities. I have only ever seen toilet/shower blocks on British sites, and I have never been abroad camping or caravanning.

When I was a teenager and went camping with my parents we had "private facilities" consisting of a bowl of water in the tent, and a toilet tent.
About what we had when we were tent campers, except we never even had a toilet tent. We always used the site facilities and still do, except during the night. As our caravan is quite old, like us, the shower is virtually unusable except for young people who are no taller than 5' and weighing no more than 8 stone. None of that description fits us. The toilet is strictly for night time and bad weather use only!
Back on topic, yes Sandaya do have private facilities.
So them on a couple of their sites last year.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!

Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

My parents would only stay at cheap sites, no facilities except water.
First sites we stayed on only had a toilet block and a stand-pipe for water. These days all we want in addition is EHU, but we don't mind if it isn't a full 16A. We don't use that much anyway.
