We are staying overnight in Buzcanais on my Birthday in August and would like to go out somewhere nice for a meal, we know there isn’t a lot around but have found PÉRÉGRINATIONS Restaurant gastronomique which is quite expensive with only 12 tables so we would need to prebook. Just wondering if anyone had been this way and tried it or know of anyone who’s been.

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!

It gets good reviews on 'Google' and Tripadvisor, so I don't think you need to worry, provided the sort of meals offered are those that you want.

There are other options in the town (we've stayed at the campsite La Tete Noire in Buzancais in the past). We ate at L'Hermitage (part of the hotel) which was really nice, and cheaper than Peregrinations appears to be, and we've eaten at a Chinese there too. The other Logis hotel (Le Croissant) is a pizzeria, with a wider choice of menu too, and I've heard is also a nice place to eat.

So, sorry not to directly answer your question, but L'Hermitage or even Le Croissant, would be an alternative.

Thank you I will have a look at those too. We are staying at La Tete Noire, when we have stayed there overnight in the past we have never eaten out.
