We are travelling out by Eurotunnel in a couple of weeks. We are two people going out, but our son is flying out to join us and will travel back with us. I have already indicated the appropriate people on each leg on the journey.
However, Eurotunnel are asking for API for all 3 of us for both legs of the journey and I can't see how I amend this. They don't seem to be responding to the email I have sent either! In theory it looks as if I should be able to do this, but all I get when I try to edit is the details of our journeys, but nothing relating to passengers. I'm concerned that, if I leave our son off on the outward journey, we could have a problem at Folkestone and not be able to travel.
Has anyone else resolved this and how did you do it?

Thank you all. I haven't rung them yet, but their small print indicates that if I get them to do something which I (supposedly) could do myself on line there's likely to be a charge. Not sure how the computer uncertain are supposed to manage.
Unfortunately, I've never messaged via Twitter and am not sure how to.
It looks as if the third option is the way to go.

I doesn’t matter if only 2 travel on the outward trip. All that matters is the info is there for those who are actually travelling. Nobody will worry about anybody not travelling so put all 3 on the API out & back.

I certainly think that will be the most simple. There is rather an assumption that everyone is IT/Smartphone savvy. I am - up to a point!

Put everyone on, for both trips. They will probably just ask 'Only two travelling?' and accept that one person couldn't make it but will be returning with you. We often have a home-bound passenger, who wasn't with us going out to France.
