From Monday, March 14th, masks will no longer be compulsory in any indoor spaces – with the exception of public transport, medical establishments and care homes. Private businesses will still be able to make mask-wearing a condition of entry.
Castex did not mention schools, but his office later clarified that masks will no longer be required in the classroom.
The government still recommends masks for at-risk positive and contact cases, symptomatic individuals and health care professionals.
The vaccine pass – currently required to access a wide range of venues including bars, restaurants, tourist sites and ski lifts – will also be suspended from March 14th.
Great news, I for one was not going to jump through hoops to go to France again, for whatever reason, but will be booking a long weekend at the start of April to see how it is.
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
When we went last year the only hoop we had to jump through was imposed on our return.
Yes we had to wear masks but we were doing that here anyway and the vaccine passport was no problem at all as we were vaccinated. The most stressful thing was our governments insistence on us having to pay for a private LFT rather than being able to use the ones we had to go to work in the NHS.
France dropping the vaccine passport or not would make very little difference to day to day life assuming people are fully vaccinated.

I'm going on 10/4, so good news for me. Shame I didn't check this site yesterday, when I wasted four hours of my life downloading covid passes for my wife and myself. It was down to a simple mistake I made, but after much foaming at the mouth and terrifying the cat, I did it, so I shall be really p***** off if I don't get the opportunity to use them.
Check it out, but I think you still have to show vaccination passes to enter France, I believe what has been dropped is the need to show them in restaurants etc.
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
Sworn Statement and proof of vaccination required at the present time to enter France.

As well is two words!

Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

As others have said, you still need to show your vaccination QR code to enter France and fill in the Sworn statement (at time of writing) the vaccine pass is for entry to bars, campsites etc which has been scrapped
