The rules that apply from Friday January 14, 2022 for travel between the UK and France are as follows
All travelers, vaccinated or not, must initially present a negative test (PCR or antigen test) of less than 24 hours.
For vaccinated travelers, there is no longer any obligation to justify a compelling reason for coming to France, nor any obligation to respect a period of isolation upon arrival on national territory. As such, the need to register, prior to travel, on the "passenger eOS" digital platform has been lifted. Arrival screenings may be conducted at the places of arrival. If the result is positive, the traveler will be placed in isolation.
For unvaccinated travelers, travel from the United Kingdom is authorized subject to being able to justify an overriding reason valid for “red” countries .
Unvaccinated travelers from the United Kingdom must continue to register, before their departure, on the digital passenger eOS platform external link , allowing in particular to enter the address of their stay in France.
They must, on their arrival in France, observe a strict quarantine period of 10 days at this place; this quarantine will be controlled by the security forces.
Moreover, vaccinated travelers no longer have to prove a compelling reason for leaving French territory for the United Kingdom. Travel by unvaccinated travelers is authorized provided they can justify an overriding reason valid for "red" countries. In all cases, travelers wishing to travel to the United Kingdom are advised to inquire before their departure about the conditions of entry into their country of destination.
So they have changed that slightly, the other day they said lateral flow was the only test required.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
I’m sure I read somewhere that the pass sanitaire requires 3 jabs. There were complaints that the NHS app travel Covid pass took a while to update to show 3rd jab but it does now.
Found This which appears to indicate 3 jabs are required on French pass from Jan 15th.

No clarity yet if "fully vaccinated" is 2 or 3 jabs
Based on the results from the TACVerif app, I would say if there's no other guidance then (at the moment) it means 2 doses: if I scan my first vaccination QR code TACVerif gives the result Invalid. If I scan either my second one, or my booster I get a Valid result.
Looks like it's 2 doses, this is from the UK Govt website, this could change so don't take it as gospel
Vaccination status
The French Government recognises the following vaccines: Pfizer, Moderna, Oxford/AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson (the vaccines recognised by the European Medical Agency). “Fully vaccinated” is defined by the completion of a vaccination schedule, specifically:
1 week after the second dose of Pfizer, Moderna, Oxford/AstraZeneca
4 weeks after the single and only dose of Johnson & Johnson
1 week after the single dose of any of the above vaccines if you have previously tested positive for COVID-19

Interesting. I'll try to remember to check what TACVerif says if I scan my second shot tomorrow...see if it changes from Valid to Invalid.
The lifting of the travel ban precedes strict new vaccine passport rules, which are being introduced in France from 17 January.
From Monday, visitors will need to have been fully vaccinated - including a booster jab if their second dose was administered more than seven months prior - in order to access most indoor venues.
France travel for families from later this week:
Getting in: 18+ must be double jabbed, under 18s can enter with them.
Venues in France:
Under 12s free access.
Unvaccinated 12-15s can test daily.
16+ must be vaccinated, with booster if second jab >7 months
